Li Ning Sports Goods Co., Ltd. was established in 1990 and is a leading enterprise in the Chinese sports goods industry. It is the first mainland sports goods enterprise to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In 2020, the market value of Li Ning Company exceeded HKD 100 billion. In more than three decades of development, Li Ning has always pursued breakthroughs and innovations in the field of sports science and technology, and has received high recognition from top athletes at home and abroad. At the same time, it creatively expressed its understanding of Chinese culture and trends from the perspective of sports, actively displayed its creative brand image, and brought new choices for consumers in sports lifestyle.

DESIGN CONCEPT

This project is the Shanghai headquarters of Li Ning and the Yangtze River Delta regional headquarters of Li Ning Group. It pursues an international and high-end fashion atmosphere, striving to express a youthful and dynamic brand tone. By analyzing the ideal work and social space for the younger generation in the future, using healthy and environmentally friendly materials and fashionable and agile furniture, we have created a unique and open, avant-garde style and artistic office environment. While highlighting the modern texture and fashion trends of the space, we also provide the younger generation with a high-quality office experience. ONLEAD works with Li Ning to promote regional economic transformation and development around fashion creativity and sports health, and helps Li Ning build a new landmark of Culture of Shanghai's cultural industry.

The free and open space atmosphere, fresh and natural green plants, and fashionable and agile leisure sofas create a refined and personalized yet relaxed and enjoyable workplace, promoting interaction and communication among employees. The flexible bar area carries functions such as leisure, negotiation, and communication, easily transforming into a gathering place, providing convenience for special occasions and activities, and bringing more vibrant office life to employees.

The lively and interesting color embellishments not only increase the fun of the space, but also stimulate creative inspiration and promote communication and cooperation. The public area Lingke and runway modular sofas are flexibly configured according to office needs, creating a comfortable and relaxed workplace for employees, making team collaboration more flexible and convenient.

The minimalist black and white custom storage cabinet complements the lightweight and agile Sige workstation, with a simple yet textured design that enriches the spatial hierarchy and visual experience.

The diverse forms of Sige workstations can meet a series of personalized needs, support team collaboration and focus on work, effectively improve work comfort and convenience, enhance team collaboration, and interact with each other.

Differentiate the space according to different needs, balancing openness and privacy. The Lexiang series creates a human space that blends independence and openness, easily adjusting the balance between privacy and collaboration in the workplace, allowing employees to enjoy a highly focused, comfortable and comfortable office experience.

Build meeting rooms of the required size according to the needs of the enterprise, equipped with fully functional multimedia equipment and writable wall equipment. The setting of dimming glass makes the meeting space transparent and bright, which is both private and territorial, meeting the needs of closed and independent meetings inside, and forming a flexible and efficient communication space.
