Design idea

This project combines brand experience with innovative design to meet the work needs of Generation Z employees with a flexible and diverse open collaborative space design. The diverse space scenarios provide employees with rich independent choices and healthy working methods, promoting collaborative sharing, communication and focused work, and helping business thrive by creating an international first-class office environment.

Leisure Area

In order to create an efficient and comfortable environment and support employees to constantly receive inspiration and inspiration, a healthy and comfortable working environment is created through a fully functional leisure space, including a coffee area, phone room, gym, and outdoor terrace, which helps cultivate employees to immerse themselves in an inspiring and inspiring environment for free communication and creativity.

The design of office space needs to address how to complete work in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The open office space design draws inspiration from an international perspective, flowing with a temperament of communication, mutual assistance, and integration. The concise and neat spatial lines and spacious personal space create a focused, efficient, comfortable and healthy office environment for employees.

The office space is planned in a well lit window area, filling the space with natural light and allowing for a panoramic view of the city. The diverse office space allows employees to relax and improve work efficiency.

Using concise lines and clean facades to shape the language of the space, the division of areas between each other is concise and clear, with dark gray paired with white open workstations, calm and introverted. The open collaborative space is full of vitality, paired with a large number of green plants, allowing employees to have a safe and enjoyable office space.

Considering the work needs of team collaboration and sharing communication, we have planned a multi person negotiation, discussion, and meeting room, equipped with digital screens to support various display and speech needs, effectively meeting various forms of collaboration modes such as remote collaboration, group discussion, brainstorming, and assisting employees in efficiently completing work goals.

The collaborative conference space remains relatively independent in the fusion process, in line with the values and aesthetic positioning of pursuing breakthroughs and active communication in the contemporary IT and Internet era. Based on the number of office staff and job responsibilities, a multi person conference room and a large conference room have been set up.

Dining Area

The restaurant area has chosen a vibrant color combination and artistic lighting to help employees break free from their focused work and achieve comfort and relaxation. The minimalist wooden dining table and chairs fill the space with a fresh and natural atmosphere, making every meal a pleasure.

ONLEAD is based in the high-end market, adhering to the core concept of "one heart, one mind, and perfection", and creating a business space that is humane, technological, green, environmentally friendly, and healthy and comfortable with craftsmanship.
