DESIGN CONCEPT

The Shenzhen headquarters of Bosera Fund is located in the South Bosera Fund Building. The building is designed by Hans Hollein, the winner of the Pritzker Prize, and Christoph Monschein. The indoor space is designed by the well-known American architectural design company Gensler, working together with ONLEAD to create an open and collaborative flexible office space, effectively promoting efficient communication and cooperation among teams, strengthening brand image, enhancing employee cohesion, and promoting business development, setting a new benchmark for the design of the fund company headquarters.

The open and clean, bright and refreshing background continues the spatial personality, with unique textures and colors showcasing fashion and elegance, showcasing modernity and transparency.

Open and free, flexible and diverse/ Office Area

Flexible and open office spaces promote efficient communication and collaboration, allowing users to choose between fixed workstations and flexible workstations in the open space. The red ergonomic chair has vibrant colors and a comfortable seat that makes work more comfortable.

Flexible and open spaces should balance openness and focus, balancing employee privacy and uninterrupted work. The independent single person office cabin of the Telephone booth provides excellent sound insulation space for employees, which helps them focus on their work and create a highly concentrated immersive office experience.

The large high-end conference space showcases a calm and atmospheric spatial texture with a thick and stable design. The dark gray leather sofa paired with solid wood and marble countertops for conference tables gives the space a sense of heaviness and comfort.
