It is a 100 billion level professional investment company with urban comprehensive development and operation as its core business, committed to becoming a leading and world-class urban comprehensive development and operation provider in China.

Design concept

This project is the latest headquarters space of China Communications City Investment Corporation, located at the Nansha International Cruise Plaza in Guangzhou. It is the largest and most fully functional international cruise home port complex built by China Communications City Investment Corporation in Asia. The project focuses on the future innovation and development of the Bay Area, with the design concept of "innovation, technology, green, and openness". The aim is to build an open, flexible, and efficient diversified, digital office space, committed to creating an international high-end business office headquarters that faces the world, leading the new trend of business office in Nansha Mother Port, and supporting the high-quality development of the Bay Area.

Reception Area

Combining strength and softness, fashionable and elegant

The design of the front desk space adopts a modern minimalist style, with marble black and white texture texture and minimalist and sharp geometric shape complementing each other, emitting a low-key and luxurious spatial texture. The comfortable and elegant modern style leisure sofa lights up the entire space, giving it a free and dynamic atmosphere, and showcasing fashionable artistic charm.

Leisure Area

Smart and elegant, warm and gentle

In order to better strengthen collaboration and communication among employees, different shared leisure areas have been created in the headquarters space, which not only meets the individual work focused needs of employees, but also provides convenience for employee communication and cooperation. The fashionable and fresh blue and green spacecraft add a youthful and energetic atmosphere to the space, highlighting the texture and fashion trends of the space, while providing a safe haven for dedicated office work, achieving office privacy.

The free and open space atmosphere, fashionable and elegant leisure sofas, and open and transparent partitions showcase the modern texture and exquisite atmosphere of the space, giving people a brand new artistic and visual enjoyment, and creating a comfortable, healthy, and relaxed office experience for users.

The color design of the office area is based on the different functional office environments. By configuring screen workstations with two different colors of light blue and light green, the unified spatial style is maintained while each has its own characteristics. A fresh and vibrant open office environment, the Seagull Screen perfectly combines team collaboration with personal focus, greatly improving employees' work efficiency and passion.

The office area is cleverly separated by the Youta series of steel cabinets, making the space neat and orderly, increasing storage space and bringing its own decorative effect. The bright, refreshing and relaxed open collaboration space makes team collaboration more dynamic and passionate.

The training area is an important component of the office space. The Aijie series of training desks have a variety of combinations and convenient functions, easily meeting the needs of various scenarios such as learning, training, group discussions, and large conferences, creating a pleasant and efficient training, learning, and communication environment for users.

The office properties of enterprises require different specifications of conference space to meet different personalized needs such as fast meetings, remote meetings, and high-end business meetings. The high-end business conference space is simple and pure, with a broad view. The appearance of the Randy conference table is square and steady, highlighting the atmosphere and creating an extremely pleasant spatial experience.

The multimedia conference space is equipped with thick and stable solid wood conference tables and dark leather seats, giving the space a sense of heaviness and comfort.
